Setting defaults app for many filetypes

Hello,

my situation is:

I have PDF document. Default app for opening it is Preview. I want to open it with PDF expert by default. So I right-click on file, then Get Info, then Open with, I choose PDF Expert and then I click on Change all and it's done. All PDFs are opened with PDF Expert by default.

But I have really many, many file types and doing it filetype-by-filetype is annoying, especially after reinstallation of macOS (I do fresh installation with every main versions like Yosemite,...
