Adding Mac OS9 system folder

Hi, I have tiger and I have read that it still has classic hidden in the background somewhere. I need to use it for some CD Roms that I bought ages ago - mainly kids games.

I think I deleted the os9 system folder from so when I insert the CD Rom or try to start classic I get an error message saying that "classic cannot find a mac os9 system folder on the startup disc to use"

I have the original mac osx discs jaguar, is these anyway I cant just add this onto tiger?
