Mail & Little Snitch - Need a hand

Hi,

I would like to set Little Snitch to allow Mail to receive and send for hotmail, gmail, and iCloud without using the rule that allows "all connections". For some this task is menial, however for myself, I'm not sure which ports or protocols to permit.
I was surprised to see that Mail was asking to connect to double click or add touch or whatever these adds are.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
