Boot generates text document

Hello.

Im not sure if this is a problem. or if its completely normal. its been going on for some time but ive kinda forgotten about it.. put it to the back of my mind.

when I boot/reboot my Mac Mini (mid 2011 2.3 i5 - version 10.12.2)

it produces this text file

im curious to know, what it is.. why its being produced. is it useful and if not, can i stop it being produced.
