Tried to resize MacOS partition to make bootcamp driver bigger, now bootcamp won't boot

I followed what the top rated comment here said to do:

My MacOS partition is indeed now smaller, but my Windows partition won't show up when I reboot and hold the option key. Is there a way to fix this? My bootcamp is Windows 10 (upgraded from Windows 7) on a Late 2013 Retina MacBook Pro 13"
