Hide irritating window without admin?

I have this window popping up and stealing focus:

"This mac can't connect to iCloud because of a problem with "administrators_account_I_dont_have_access_to_right_now@hotmail.com"

Is there anything I can do to stop this window from stealing focus and getting in the way? I already am notified about it from the launch bar at the bottom.
