Kernel panic - need help

Hi !

I was using my macbook pro and browsing the web then suddently I got a beach ball. I wasn't able to start or close any other app. So I did a hard reset.....next boot, I got this kernel error at boot.

I tried to repair the files system and got that 2nd image (edit : sorry wrong image, it was saying that the file system repair failed)

Any idea what I should do ?

edit: tried to repair again, says it works but still kernal panic at boot
