simple way of using Terminal to mass unlock files

Hi. I have thousands of audio files which need unlocking. Previously i used terminal but i can't remember exactly what i did. I had the webpage detailing the process saved on an old phone.

It was very simple and involved dragging the files into the Terminal window, and typing a simple command like chmod/r then hitting enter.
