Unable to Empty trash after failed Xcode Build

I was attempting to Compile Kodi on OS X 10.11 with Xcode 7 (previously had Xcode 6 installed) fowling this guide (Specifically post #63)

I made it to "make -j2 -C target/binary-addons" before it failed. I deleted the Kodi folder Created and now I am getting this error when emptying the trash with a folder named "confider-14B---"...
