New SSD Cleanup of old SATA

Just installed an SSD and now running El Capitan from that with all old data imported using Migration Assistant. I've left a large Itunes folder on the older SATA drive but in order to now clean up is it just a case of deleting the Applications, Library and system folders from it ?

Anything else I should be aware of ?
